Brainence developed background services with custom queues to synchronize all your stores at the right time. In solution, we also developed custom AutoResponders and customizable templates to send automated responses for common questions. Brainence team developed this solution not for single-person business only, we added the ability to manage even big support team with assigning tickets and huge dashboard with results. We also added custom Rules module where team lead of support team is able to create auto assigning rules to automatically assign tickets to an appropriate team member, this also reduces work time of support team.
